My Coaching Philosophy

Science based technique is so important; being an efficient athlete can only lead to better performances. Identifying weaknesses, correcting them and highlighting strengths is critical.

Strategy is also immensely important and is often overlooked by many coaches. Working privately or within small groups can bridge the gap in knowledge that often occurs in high school prpgrams.

Finally, encouraging a healthy, competitive approach to training and competing is crucial. The emotional component is something that can be trainied as well.

The best athletes do everything they can to improve and gain an edge. The best coaches foster an atmosphere of knowledge, sharing and encouragement.
